Dolphins fall to Steward on the road

The Dolphins traveled to Richmond to take on the Spartans from Steward School on Tuesday night and returned with a three-set loss in an off night for the Dolphins. The Dolphins struggled to find momentum on Tuesday night, falling in three consecutive sets, 9-15, 8-25, and 15-25. The Dolphins offense could not get in a rhythm in the TCIS contest, as Cape Henry had not touched a court in three days. While the Dolphins displayed their growing pains, Kyndl Couch dished out eight assists and added two digs. Brynn Earl led the offense with three kills and five digs, while Leah Bohannon led the defense with seven digs. The Dolphins (3-7) will travel to Greenbrier Christian on Thursday night for a 6:30 pm contest.
