Soccer- CHC 2, Bishop Sullivan 3 (Quarterfinal)

The Dolphins hosted the Crusaders from Bishop Sullivan for the TCIS Quarterfinal matchup of the Girls Soccer Tournament. The Dolphins took the first lead of the night as Emily Ryan blasted the ball from outside the 18, sailing past the Crusader goalie to give the Dolphins a 1-0 lead on Tuesday night. Bishop Sullivan answered nearly 10 minutes later to bring the score to 1-1 before taking a 2-1 lead shortly after. As the teams returned to the pitch for the second half, Jillian Somers scored the equalizer midway through the second half. However, the Crusaders struck for the night’s final goal late in the night to end the Dolphins’ TCIS Tournament run.
