The Dolphins traveled to Bishop Sullivan on Thursday afternoon for a TCIS matchup with the Crusaders. After a tightly contested first half, the Dolphins kicked into gear and finished the night with an eight-goal advantage. The first half of play ended with the Dolphins battling to a 7-5 lead. As the second half was underway, Cape Henry’s attack found a rhythm and added six second-half goals, with the Dolphin defense shutting out the Crusaders. Parker Tanner-Vigil earned his keep in the net, saving a season-high 16 shots. Aidan Rosenblum, William Dickie, Jack Kainer, Connor Garrison, and Carter Atherton scored twice on Thursday, with Aidan (1), Garrison (2), and Atherton (3) also picking up crucial assists. Konrad Keenan, Gavin Dooren, and Mason Dudley rounded out the scoring efforts, with Dooren also dishing out one assist. On faceoffs, George burns and Tucker Bruner combined for six of 13, as the Dolphins advance to 4-4 overall and 2-0 in TCIS play. The Dolphins are back in action tonight, taking on St. Christopher’s at home beginning at 4:30 pm.
