Swim- Boys 2nd, Girls 2nd

Girls: The Dolphins traveled to Norfolk on Friday night for senior night in a meet against Norfolk Collegiate, Norfolk Christian, and Greenbrier Christian where the girls finished 2nd behind only Norfolk Christian. Leading the way, the 200 Medley Relay of Kim Schooneman, Shannon Tadder, Gabrielle Short, and Kate Vittone brought home a 1st place finish to kick off the competition. The 400 Free Relay team of Shannon Tadder, Carlie Meyerholz, Addison Cox, and Kim Schooneman followed suit and completed the second 1st place finish. Individually, Shannon Tadder was 1st in the 200 Free and 1st in the 100 Free, Addison Cox was 1st in the 50 Free, Kim Schooneman 1st in the 500 free and 1st in the 100 backstroke, and Anna Buba finished 1st in the 100 breaststroke and 3rd in the 100 fly to round out the top finishes for Cape Henry. The Dolphins are back in action Saturday for the TCIS Championships at the Midtown Aquatic Center.

Boys: The Dolphins traveled to Norfolk on Friday night for senior night in a meet against Norfolk Collegiate, Norfolk Christian, and Greenbrier Christian, and the boys finished 2nd behind only Norfolk Christian.  Leading the top finishes for Cape Henry, the 200 Medley Relay team of Sam Stanton, Robert Campbell, Zack Frey, and George Sullivan finished 2nd, with the 200 Free Relay team of Gavin Cake, Robert Campbell, Zack Frey, and Sam Stanton also bringing home a 2nd place finish. Individually, Sam Stanton finished 3rd in 50 Free and 2nd in 100 backstroke. Zack Frey 2nd in 100 Fly, with Robert Campbell finishing 3rd in 100 Free and 3rd in 100 backstroke. Rounding out the top finishes for the Dolphins, Gavin Cake finished 1st in 100 Free, with George Sullivan finishing 3rd in 200 IM. The Dolphins are back in action Saturday for the TCIS Championships at the Midtown Aquatic Center.
