The Dolphins hosted the Crusaders from Bishop Sullivan on Wednesday night for the Dolphins’ senior day festivities. After honoring the nine dedicated seniors before the match, Cape Henry kicked off competition in the 170-weight class. Colby Kassir gave the Dolphins a quick six points as he pinned his opponent in just under a minute. Jackson Kassir (182) followed suit, pinning his opponent in 1:12 to give the Dolphins a quick 12-0 lead over the Crusaders. Leo Huang (195) entered the circle, receiving a forfeit victory to put the Dolphins ahead 18-0. The Crusaders brought the score to 18-6 with a pin of their own, before the Dolphins answered with another pin from senior Parker Tanner-Vigil (285). Aiden Altamura (106) received a forfeit victory just before Shane Ciolfi (113) earned the pin in 1:32. With the Dolphins leading 30-6, the Crusaders picked up six more points before Chris Parker (126), Brendan Hawley (132), and Tucker Bruner (138) earned back-to-back-to-back pins resulting in 18 points for Cape Henry. Aedan Somers picked up the final six points for the Dolphins with a Tech Fall over his opponent. The Dolphins remain perfect in the TCIS and are back in action this weekend for the Ocean Lakes Invitational.
