On a cold and windy Thursday afternoon, the Dolphins took on the Ambassadors from Norfolk Christian. Cape Henry struggled to find a rhythm in the match and fell in all but one of the nine matches throughout the night. The Dolphins lost all momentum after three tightly contested doubles matches, with Fiona Clunan and Charlotte Brown falling 8-5, as well as, Halle Speight and Anne Porter Hudgins falling 8-4. On the #6 singles court, Halle Speight battled through adversity and was able to take down her opponent 6-0, 6-2. However, facing an uphill climb, Cape Henry lost the remaining five matches. The Dolphins (4-6) are back in action tonight to host Steward School beginning at 4:00 pm.
