Cape Henry Collegiate announces the donation of a multi-million dollar property from CHC parents Mike and Cathy Hillier. Situated on the top of a mountain in Warm Springs, Virginia, the 142-acre property includes three stunning buildings (a main home and two cabins). The property, Cobbler Oaks, backs up to Washington National Forest and will provide our school with exciting opportunities for experiential learning and outdoor leadership programs.

This transformational gift is one of the largest received in our school’s history, and we are deeply grateful to the Hillier family for their generosity and commitment to Cape Henry.
