With hurricanes come flooding. Hurricane Dorian brought an influx of water to the surrounding homes and backend roads. This caused minor flooding to the Virginia Beach area, especially people living on the water. As shown in the image, the dock here is completely flooded over with some debris, so everyone be careful in the next few days as the remnants of the storm pass.
