Your goal of the game is to become the champion if you have never played pokemon before. This means training a team of skilled and high-level pokemon, beating 8 specific pokemon type specialists, know as gym leaders, challenging the elite four all at once. This is no easy task; the Elite Four alone are a 24 pokemon team against your 6. After all this, you must beat the champion, a 6 vs 6 battle of the two best trainers in the game. This all might sound very difficult, which it is if you don’t prepare enough; however, it is actually relaxing and provides the player with a fun challenge.
